The Hour-Man

The Hour-Man gains Superhuman strength, speed, stamina and durability when he ingests a Miraclo Pill. But, the effects only last for one hour. Therefore the slightest delay could prove catastrophic for this pill-popping crime fighter.

I thought it would be kinda funny to depict Hour-Man thwarted by a simple obstruction... Although, in the scenario above, Hour-Man would probably just use his superhuman speed to run up a staircase.
